Our History
Our history dates back to the mid 1970’s when, our predecessor company introduced circular knitted filtration fabrics to the North American land drainage industry.  In 1996, a new company, Zodiac Fabrics Inc. was incorporated under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) and purchased the assets of this experienced industrial fabric knitter.

Location
Zodiac Fabrics Company is located in London Ontario in the heart of south-western Ontario. London is situated on Ontario’s major traffic thoroughfare, less than 2 hours from major US border crossings located in Detroit, Port Huron and Niagara Falls New York. Being on major transportation routes permits easy access to international air and sea ports to serve our customers worldwide.

Facilities
Zodiac Fabrics Company owns its modern, well equipped 19000 ft² facility which is located in an upscale industrial park in London Ontario. One thousand square feet of office space coupled with 8000 ft² of air-conditioned production space and 10000 ft² of warehouse provide plenty of space for current operations and provide the opportunity for future expansion.

Products
Zodiac Fabrics Company continues to produce filtration fabrics for land drainage projects throughout North America and around the world. In addition to these products, Zodiac Fabrics Company has become a market leader in the production of fabrics utilized in the injection molded footwear industries, environmental industries and general industrial markets.

Custom Fabrics
The production from Zodiac's diverse range of modern, high capacity manufacturing equipment allows a broad range of custom manufactured, circular knitted fabrics for a wide variety of applications. We are always open to new ideas and to the opportunity of working with our clients to create fabrics specific to their needs.  We specialize in small diameter fabrics ranging from 2” to 27” in a variety of knit constructions including Rib Knit, Jersey Knit, Lacoste Knit, Full and Half Terry Knit, utilizing a variety of natural and synthetic yarns.

Equipment Availability
Zodiac has invested in state of the art production equipment. The following cylinder / cut configurations are available.
 

Stitch configurations include rib knit, lacoste knit, jersey knit, full terry and half  terry.    Our current equipment capacity is in excess of 700000 kilograms (1.5 million pounds) annually.   In addition, Zodiac Fabrics Company has a variety of finishing capabilities including serging, cut and sew and laundry facilities.
